Due to changed regulations by the UGM we have to deposit your entrance fee and need to buy your train ticket 30 days before you actually leave on the Inca Trail. Therefore we will ask you to make a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The deposit must be on our account at least 31 days before your departure on the Inca Trail.
If you make your reservation within 31 days before your departure we will request your deposit immediately after confirming your booking. You will then have 24 hours to make your deposit. If we do not receive your deposit within the next 24 hours we have the right to cancel your reservation. (Most of our clients make the deposit using Paypal and this will take you only ten minutes. Paypal works with all major credit cards).
Please take notice that due to Peruvian Government regulations reservations made within 30 days of departure of the trek, can incur an additional late booking fee of US $ 20.- per booking.
To avoid this fee Eco Tourism Chaska recommends that you book well in advance.
The remaining part must be paid in cash in our office in Cusco upon your arrival or maximum 3 days before your departure on the Inca trail.
If you can not pay within three days before the start of the trek you can make the final deposit by bank wire or pay the total amount at once.
You may also pay the total amount at the moment of making your reservation.
Once we receive your reservation we will process your request and take the necessary steps to enroll your registration at the INC. It can take up to one day before we receive your trekking permit from the INC.
As soon as we receive your trekking permits we will confirm your reservation. At the same time we will mail a request to deposit 50% of the total amount to our account. We will charge an additional administration fee if you use Paypal: USD $ 9.- for the 4 day trek and USD $ 6.- for the two day trek per person.
Once we have received your deposit we will confirm you again and your reservation will then be assured.
